We must be notified no later than 10 days from the date you received your order. Please use a tracking number when shipping back an exchange/return. We are not responsible for the shipping cost of returned/exchanged items. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return/exchange. Items MUST be returned in their original condition with original packaging. They must not be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition.
No refunds on sale items. All sales final.
