ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

SHIPPING

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout. Shipping times vary based on carrier and destination and are outside of our control. Please allow additional time for delivery after your order has shipped.

ORDER ACCURACY

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. Take Heart Designs is not responsible for delays or lost packages 

due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our small business and made-to-order items, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to help.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed, as processing begins promptly.
